|
Har-Lynn Farms is located in New York's beautiful Hudson Valley at the southern-most end of Columbia County near the Hudson River and with easy access to the New York metro region by either the New York State Thruway (I-87) or the Taconic State Parkway. Owned by Lynndee Kemmet and Harold LaDue, Har-Lynn Farms provides quality care and services at reasonable rates that make it affordable for owners to place their horses in the perfect environment for growing youngsters, lay-ups needing care and recovery time and older horses that have earned the right to a slower pace of life.
The farm consists of two facilities. One is a 20-acre farm with large pastures, run-in sheds and a 12-stall barn with 13x13 stalls. The other facility is the farm's training barn, located 10 minutes away with 11 stalls, indoor and outdoor rings and six smaller pastures. Both facilities have staff living on the premises and Rhinebeck Equine, a leading veterinary hospital, is 20 minutes away.
The full board rate is $595 per month or $20 a day and includes daily turnout, blanketing when needed, basic medical care if needed and regular grooming and handling. Break-in rates are $895 per month, which includes the full-board cost.
